We recommend having a dumpload.
A dumpload is something that consumes power from your wind turbines when your batteries are fully charged in order to put the wind power to use.
Dumploads can be cheap. A simple electric heater or hot water element.
We personally suggest using a hho device such as this one:
Although it's designed for a car the gas can easily be stored into a propane container with a small diaphram pump (35 to 50 dollars used) and burned in a natural gas generator on days there is no wind.
